TechyCub provides up to 30-day Money Back Guarantee based on accepted circumstances so that we can offer our best services and products. It's noted that monthly subscriptions are subject to a 7-day money-back guarantee, annual subscriptions are subject to a 15-day money-back guarantee, and lifetime subscriptions are subject to a 30-day money-back guarantee.

All TechyCub software offers a free trial version so that customers may test the software for themselves before deciding to purchase. These trial versions allow customers to experience the full functionality with limited use. TechyCub recommends our customers try the product to confirm whether it is the one they need before purchasing. This also helps customers avoid purchasing the wrong product.

If a purchase exceeds the product's specified money-back guarantee period, or it is out of the accepted circumstances, no refund will be given. Please kindly note that it is NOT an unconditional refund guarantee and check whether your order is eligible for a refund before contacting TechyCub to request a refund.

  • The time of requesting a refund is not within the valid refund period.
  • A "change of mind" after purchase.
  • Purchase of a wrong product, which has already been followed by the purchase of the correct product from another company.
  • Failure to read carefully the product pages before purchasing, including the introduction page, the instruction page, reference page, and purchase page, thus resulting in dissatisfaction.
  • A refund request due to your mistake and the problem is not product-related. Such as being unable to operate the software in your computing environment, having no enough available storage on your computer or your phone, etc.
  • A refund request claiming that fails to receive license code within several hours. Generally, the registration code will be automatically sent within 1 hour. However, sometimes it could be delayed because of Internet issues, email spam settings, etc. In this case, please contact TechyCub Support Team. We will reply to you ASAP in less than 48 hours.
  • An unauthorized payment was made due to credit card fraud or other reasons. As TechyCub cooperates with an independent payment platform, it's impossible to monitor authorization during payment, so TechyCub recommends you contact the card issuer if there is any suspicion of fraud or unauthorized payment. But the refund cannot be accepted.
  • A refund request due to any technical issue, with the customer refusing to cooperate with the TechyCub Support Team in attempts at troubleshooting by declining to provide detailed descriptions and information regarding the problem, or refusing to try to apply the solutions provided by the TechyCub Support Team.

However, TechyCub welcomes you to submit a refund application in any of the following situations.

  • Purchase of the same product twice at the same time. With the confirmation of the TechyCub Support Team, TechyCub will refund one of the products for the customer, or exchange one program for another TechyCub product, only when customers find it out immediately.
  • Purchase of two products with similar functions. In this case, TechyCub will refund one of the products or exchange one program for another TechyCub product if required.
  • Within 30 days, no solution has been provided to deal with the technical problems of the software. In this case, TechyCub will refund the purchase if the customer requests.
